DESCRIPTION:
This Softpaq installs Microsoft fixes and enhancements for Windows XP on the Notebook models listed below. These enhancements are designed to help these notebooks run better.
NOTE:
The System Enhancements Disk will no longer install the USB 2.0 driver. To install the latest USB 2.0 driver, please download Service Pack 1 or later from the Microsoft website.
ENHANCEMENTS:
- Includes SMSC Floppy driver.
- Includes Samsung Floppy driver.
- Installs Intel Pentium M processor files.
- Installs OCA.mrk file used for customer support.
FIXES:
- Installs registry fix to enable S3 wake.
HOW TO USE:
1. Download the Softpaq executable file to the local hard drive.
2. Run the Softpaq executable file and follow on-screen instructions to complete the installation. |
