 Description
The hp color Laserjet 4600 is an sRGB printer. sRGB data may be sent to the printer through a PCL or a Postscript driver. CMYK data can only be sent through a Postscript driver. The default CMYK mode is a SWOP press emulation.

The hp color Laserjet 4600 ICC profiles may be used when color management is desired, either in the operating system or in an application. For most uses the sRGB profile will offer the best color. One exception is that Windows 98 and Millennium require a CMYK profile for Postscript printers.
