The following firmware update utility is for the HP Color LaserJet CP2020 series printers.
This utility is for use on Mac OS 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 and later.
The utility can be used with a USB connection or network connection. Be sure to use the firmware update utility that is specific to you printer model.
This update is recommended for the HP Color LaserJet CP2020 Series printers that have a previous firmware version.
This utility updates the multifunction printer firmware version to the latest version.
The firmware version can be found on the Self Test/Configuration Page which can be printed from the printer's Reports menu. |
