This patch corrects the issue in which the scanned image or file cannot be found on the computer after scanning. If you experience this issue after installing or upgrading to HP Solution Center 13, download and install this update.

Important: This patch only works with HP Scanjet Full Feature Software version 13.0.

Click Download above and then click Run to start the installation.
