This package installs an update to the Set Video Refresh Rate Utility that is
included on the supported desktop models running the supported operating
systems.
NOTE: System Software Manager (SSM) support for this SoftPaq is provided for
Microsoft Windows XP only. HP will try to resolve issues with this SoftPaq for
SSM and Microsoft Windows Vista in a future release.
