DESCRIPTION:
This package provides the installer for the HP Classroom Manager. It works with 
the supported desktop models and operating systems. The full version of the 
software can be unlocked by purchasing a license key. A 30-day trial of the 
full software version is also provided. 

HP Classroom manager provides teachers with the ability to instruct, monitor, 
and interact with their students individually, as a pre-defined group, or as an 
entire class. It combines advanced classroom PC monitoring, real-time 
presentation and annotation tools, a customizable testing suite, internet and 
application control, automated lesson plans, printer management, instant 
messenger (IM) control, content monitoring, desktop security, and audio 
monitoring.

FIXES: 
* Question:
I installed HP Classroom Manager (HPCM) but HPCM shows all text as question 
marks.

* Answer:
This can occur on a system when installing a language pack that uses 
double-byte characters to represent the language (e.g., Arabic or Chinese). 
Installing the language pack changes the user interface language for the 
Unicode-aware applications, which will be displayed in the installed language. 
But the language pack does not change the language for non-Unicode-aware 
applications. To change the settings to select the desired language:
    1) Open the Control Panel.
    2) Open the Regional and Language Settings applet.
    3) Select the Administrative tab.
    4) Open Change System Locale.
    5) Select the desired language from the list.
    6) Click OK.
    7) Restart the computer.


* Question:
What features are not supported in the Arabic language version of HPCM?

* Answer:
The Arabic language version of HPCM currently does not support these features:
    * Journal
    * Testing modules
    * Typing/keyboard monitor


* Question:
Does HPCM support multiple tutors controlling the same room at the same time?

* Answer:
No. A warning message is displayed when a second tutor enters a room already 
being controlled by another tutor.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 
1. Download the file by clicking the "Download" or "Obtain Software" button and 
saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where 
the downloaded file is saved). 

2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
