Products not supported

The following products are not supported and do not have any driver options available in the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system:

• HP Color LaserJet 1500 Printer series
• HP Color LaserJet 3500 Printer series
• HP Color LaserJet 3550 Printer series
• HP Color 9085 Multifunction Printers
• HP Color 9850 Multifunction Printers
• HP LaserJet 1000 and 1005 Printer series
• HP LaserJet 4L, 4LC, 4LJ, 4P, and 4V Printers

  NOTE:

  The HP LaserJet 4/4+, 4, 4M/4M+, 4ML, 4MP, 4MV, and 4Si Printers ARE supported. Use Devices and Printers and/or Windows Update to obtain the driver.

• HP LaserJet 5L, 5N, and 5P Printers

  NOTE:

  HP LaserJet 5, 5M, 5MP, and 5Si Printers ARE supported. Use Devices and Printers and/or Windows Update to obtain the driver.

• HP LaserJet 6L and 6P Printers

  NOTE:

  HP LaserJet 6, 6M, and 6MP Printers ARE supported. Use Devices and Printers and/or Windows Update to obtain the driver.

• HP LaserJet 1010 Printers
• HP LaserJet 1012 Printers
• HP LaserJet 2000 Printer series
• HP LaserJet 3100 All-in-One Printer series
• HP LaserJet 3150 All-in-One Printer series
• HP LaserJet 8000 Multifunction Printer series

What can I do?

If you have a product that is not supported in Windows 7, you may be eligible for a trade-in allowance you can use toward the purchase of any new HP printer and more. If you are using the new Windows 7 operating system on your PC, you might also consider an upgrade to a newer HP product that will work with Microsoft's new Windows 7 operating system.
