HP Deskjet F2220 All-in-One Printer Series - Making Multiple PC-Assist Copies of an Original


Introduction
This document describes the procedure to make multiple copies of an original from your HP Deskjet F2220 All-in-One product using the PC-Assist Copy functionality.
Prior to using the PC-Assist Copy functionality the following requirements must be met:
  • The HP Software must be installed on the computer (Windows or Mac).
  • The computer must be on and the user logged-in.
  • The HP All-in-One must be connected to the computer.
Copying an original more than once (Windows)
  1. Verify that there is paper loaded in the input tray.
  2. Lift the document lid, and place the original with the side you want to copy facing down on the left front corner of the glass.

  3. Close the document lid.
  4. Click the Start button on the left-down corner of your PC's screen, select All Programs , HP , and finally HP Solution Center .
  5. Once HP Solution Center is open, click the Make Copies button.

  6. The HP Copy utility appears on screen. If necessary, click the Printer Properties button to configure the print settings.
    If the print settings are already correctly configured, skip to Step 8 .
  7. Configure the print settings and click the OK button.
  8. The HP Copy utility appears on screen again. Set the number of copies to a value no higher than 99, and click the Start button.
    A HP Scanning message will appear on screen.
    Another window will appear stating that once the scan is finished, the scanned images will be sent to the printer.
    Finally the All-in-One will pick up paper and print the copies.
Copying an original more than once (Macintosh)
  1. Verify that there is paper loaded in the input tray.
  2. Lift the document lid, and place the original with the side you want to copy facing down on the left front corner of the glass.

  3. Close the document lid.
  4. Press the Start Copy Black ( ) or Start Copy Color ( ) button on the HP All-in-one control panel.
    A window named HP Scan Pro will appear on your Mac screen. It shows a preview of the scanned document.
    If necessary, adjust the limits of the scanned image, and click the Accept button.
  5. The Print window will appear. Configure the number of copies and any other print settings, and click the Print button.
    The All-in-One will pick up paper and print the copies.
