HP LaserJet 1160, 1300, and 1320 Series Printers - Multiple Copies Will Not Print
The HP LaserJet 1160, 1300, or 1320 series printer will not print multiple copies regardless of the selection made in the print window. Perform the following to enable advanced features in the print driver, which will allow the multiple copies feature to function:
- Click Start
, Settings
, Printers
or Printers and Faxes
from the Windows desktop.
- Right-click the print driver icon and select Properties
from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Advanced
tab.
- Place a check mark next to "Enabled Advanced Printing Features
."
- Click Apply
, and then click OK
.
- Right-click the print driver icon and select Printing Preferences
from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Advanced
tab.
- Verify that Advanced Printing Features located under Document Options is set to Enabled
.
- Click Apply
, and then click OK
.
- Close the Printers folder.

The PCL6 print driver have continued to experience some difficulties printing multiple copies from accounting applications to the HP LaserJet 1320 series printer after enabling advanced printing features. Printing with the HP postscript emulation print driver and enabling the advanced printing features has resolved this issue in these cases. |
