HP Color LaserJet Printers - Background Colors from Web Pages Do Not Print

ISSUE:
Background colors from Web pages do not print.
SOLUTION:
Verify that Print background colors and images is enabled from Microsoft Internet Explorer's Internet options.
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools , then Internet Options .
  3. Click the Advanced tab.
  4. Put a check in the printing option next to Print background colors and images .
  5. Click Apply , and then OK .
  6. Try printing the Web page again.
    NOTE: If the issue persists, it may be due an issue with the design of the page. In some cases, the web designer may set up the page so that the background of the page will not print. If this is the case, there is not a resolution for the issue.
