Product description
The HP Fax 910 and 920 is a high-quality, stand-alone plain paper Inkjet fax machine for the home and small office market. It offers professional plain paper faxing and convenience copying in an easy-to-use contemporary design. The automatic sheet feeder is capable of holding 150 sheets of 20 lb. bond paper.
The HP Fax 910 and 920 is intended for use in part-time or full-time home offices, and small businesses with five or fewer employees.

Feature Description
Shares a single line with the telephone and a telephone answering machine (TAM) Answering machine answers all calls. While the greeting plays, the HP Fax 910 or 920 listens for a fax tone. If a fax tone is detected, the HP Fax 910 or 920 takes the call.
Speed dialing 1 or 2-digit speed dial codes. Provides quick and easy dialing for up to 100 numbers. Up to 10 one-touch speed dials and 20 group speed dials.
Fax settings Settings allow the user or service person to customize the fax for specific needs.
Error Correction mode (ECM) Detects errors that occur during the transmission of a document and automatically requests resending of the erroneous portion.
Convenience Copying Allows for up to 99 copies of an original, includes copy reduction.
Sending faxes at deferred times The ability to delay fax transmissions to another station until a user-set time is reached.
Automatic reduction on received faxes Print reduction modes which fit an incoming document onto a given paper size.
Automatic and manual redialing Automatically redials if the line is busy or no answer; retains the last number dialed. Redials up to five times at five-minute intervals.
Poll to Receive Calls another fax machine and “asks�? for a waiting fax.
Memory reception capacity Depending upon amount of information on pages sent, memory allows for up to a maximum of 65-page storage (see table).
Distinctive Ring Detection Recognizes the different ring patterns of subscribed telephone company services.
Printable Cover page Prints a cover page that you can fill out and use for your faxes.
