HP Designjet Z2100 and Z3100 Photo Printer Series - How to identify the printers current driver version
The intent of this document is to help users easily find the current driver version being used for Mac
and Windows systems.
Steps for Mac users
Go to the Printer Setup Utility.
Select the Show Info

Read all the information about Driver version. Figure 2: Printer Info
Check at hp.com web site if your current driver version is the same version that you
are using, if not, please download it from the following link:
Steps for Windows users
Go to Printer and Faxes
option from Control panel tab.
Highlight your printer and right-mouse click. Select the Properties

Click on the About
tab, and read all information about driver version. Figure 4: Information about driver version
