Periodic maintenance
After a set number of copies have been made on the MFP, Periodic Maintenance (PM) is
required for maintaining optimal performance.
When periodic maintenance is due, a message and the icon (
) will prompt to contact
service representative for maintenance.

Checking the PM counter
Follow the procedure below to check the PM counter to estimate the time when periodic
maintenance is due.
Press P (Counter)
on the control panel.

The Counter list screen is displayed.
Press Check
.

The PM counter appears under the printer counter on the screen.
Touch EXIT
.
The Main screen is restored.
