NOTE:

The SCSI module and SCSI kit are included with the HP Scanjet 8290 Scanner but they are optional accessories for the HP Scanjet 8200 and 8250 Scanners. The SCSI module attaches to the scanner and allows the use of a SCSI expansion card. The SCSI kit contains a SCSI expansion card, a SCSI cable and the necessary software.
These parts allow the scanner to use SCSI instead of the Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface. |
