HP Notebook PCs - Face Recognition fails to enroll new scene.

DESCRIPTION
The
Start
button within HP ProtectTools Face Recognition feature does not work properly. This issue occurs when there is no Microsoft Windows password enabled. A password configuration dialog box automatically appears on notebooks with Windows Vista and Windows 7.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, set an account password in the Windows Control Panel before attempting to use the Face Recognition feature. Additionally, this issue can be resolved by using the Setup Wizard in the Security manager.
