HP LaserJet P2055 Printer Series - Installing Printer through Add Printer Wizard Issue This document describes how to install the HP LaserJet P2055 Printer Series using the Add Printer wizard instead of setup.exe . Solution It is possible to create a print queue for the HP LaserJet 2055 using the Add Printer wizard rather than the HP Installer. During installation of the HP LaserJet P2055 printer while using the Add Printer wizard, follow these steps to copy the correct file from the CD: 1. Proceed with the Add Printer wizard. 2. Select the proper connection type (Local or Network ). 3. Select the port for installation (USB or Network ). 3. Click the button Have Disk . 4. Browse through the main directory in the CD or hard drive for the file hppcp613.inf . 5. Continue with the installation wizard.
