HP LaserJet 1200 Product Family - Uninstalling Printer Software
This document explains how to uninstall the HP LaserJet 1200 software from the computer. For Windows, an Uninstall utility may be used; however, there is no automatic uninstall utility for Macintosh operating systems.

Running the uninstall utility for Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT 4.0, and Windows 2000

Only an administrator can uninstall the software from Windows NT 4.0 or 2000. |
Click Start
, select Programs
, then click HP LaserJet 1200
.
Select Tools
, click the Uninstall
option, then follow the directions on the screen. The HP LaserJet 1200 software is removed from the computer.
HP LaserJet 1200 series software uninstall (Mac OS)
There is no automated uninstall utility for the printer-only HP LaserJet 1200 products. To remove the printer software from Mac OS systems, simply drag to the Trash all the items listed in the document "Files Copied During Software Installation" that describes folders and files added through installation of the HP LaserJet 1200 software on Mac OS systems. Restart the computer, and empty the Trash.
The software included with the HP LaserJet 1220 printer-copier-scanner includes an automated uninstall utility. The Uninstall program removes the HP LaserJet 1220 all-in-one software from the computer.
Running the HP LaserJet 1220 uninstall utility for Mac OS
Locate the HP all-in-one Uninstaller utility icon in the HP all-in-one software folder. Double-click the Uninstaller icon to launch it.
Choose whether to perform an uninstall for all HP products, or for a specific product. If Uninstall selected
is chosen, then choose the products to uninstall from the list.
Click Next
Select any additional items to uninstall using the checkboxes.
Click Uninstall
.
When the uninstall process is complete, click Restart
.
