In the case of an incomplete JetSuite Pro for Hewlett-Packard software installation, the x:\Windows\Jetsuite.ini file might have been written (where "x" is the letter indicating the drive on which Windows is installed).
This file must be removed before attempting another installation. First, try to uninstall the file using the Uninstall program. If that fails to the remove the file, manually remove it by using Windows Explorer.
Attempting to install the JetSuite Pro software when this file exists might cause an error message stating, "An Unknown System Exists. Remove before installing JetSuite."

Use the following instructions:
Click Start, click Programs, and then click the product's JetSuite Pro.
Select the JetSuite Uninstall option and then follow the directions on the screen.
The software is then removed from the computer.
