HP Designjet Z6100 Printer Series - System Error 24:10
ISSUE:
The printer front panel displays System Error 24:10. The printer may not print, and in rare cases, ink may leak from the printer.
SOLUTION:
HP is investigating a recent issue with some HP 91 Ink Cartridges in HP Designjet Z6100 series printers. A combination of factors related to handling during shipping have resulted in a very small incidence of HP 91 Ink Cartridges with the System Error 24:10
error. When the problem occurs, the printer front panel displays System Error 24:10
and the printer may not print.
