DESCRIPTION
During IDB backup on Windows 2008 R2 cell manager, the task manager displays close to 100% memory consumption even though the memory consumption by the Raima Database Service (RDS) process is within the normal limits. The Windows cache manager does not release the memory until the RDS service is restarted leading to slow response time from the Graphical User Interface (GUI), and slow IDB backups.
Hardware Platforms Affected: HP Data Protector V6.1 Software, HP Data Protector V6.10 Software(Standard HP Product), HP Data Protector V6.11 Software(Standard HP Product), HP Data Protector V6.1x Software, HP Data Protector V6.2 Software
