HP ProLiant DL380 G5 Server Series - Server Experiences Long Delay During POST While Initializing HP QLogic 8Gb/s (HP AJ764A, 82Q)

Issue
Multiple DL380 G5 P56 system BIOS dating from 04/26/2010 running RHEL5.5 x86_64.
The servers are all configured with three dual port 8Gbps FC HBAs:
HP AJ764A, 82Q, PCIe; QLogic Corp. ISP2532-based 8Gb Fibre Channel to PCI Express HBA (QLE2526 chipset).
The servers experience approximately 30 minute delay during HP QLogic FC HBA initialization/probing at the hardware level (POST) when the servers are rebooted. This delay happens before the kernel is loaded and the server attempts to boot to the operating system.
