HP Scanjet N8400 series Flatbed Document Scanner - Scans Appear with Rotation or Flip Upside Down Intermittently

ISSUE:
When a scan is performed to a PDF, a Scanned image appears with 90 degree rotation or it is flipped upside down intermittently, or alternate a page appears upside down even when auto straighten and auto orient are not enabled.
SOLUTION:
Scanned PDF image orientation depends on the type of PDF selected. There are two options available, one searchable and other non-searchable. By default searchable is selected. The problem is more noticed for documents with company logos, handwritten, office seals and water marks. This is because something on the image is triggering the OCR for this action.
To avoid this issue select non-searchable file (image only) option under PDF settings.
NOTE: You may notice an increase in the file size when the non-searchable (image only) option is selected and this is expected behaviour
